Starting ADHD Medication
Day 1 (2026-05-20)
- Did a task. Feels good.
- Would be better to take it earlier. I started at 9am today.

Day 5
Sorry for the radio silence. We’ve been doing work at our parent’s house for a few days. Meds have been going well, I’m able to do things without getting very upset about having to do them now. My motivation is back and I feel like I could make something creative soon.
Sadly this upturn in energy has corresponded with a massive heatwave in Britain, so I’m not actually able to do too much. I’ll ride out the wave first…

Still melting. It’s hard for us to do much of anything right now.

wow. um. what a month. got a flu that i’m just now recovering from. kind of hampered our ability to do tasks for a bit… i think the meds have boosted our mood and given us the ability to draw art and stuff. going to up my dose soon.
